hoi when i played games the fram rate goes down and the support said upgrade your bios(message before you can write to the support)
i found the right comp version (GP62-2QE) downloded the right Bios version (old: E16J3IMS.10E new: E16J3IMS.113) it is on a Usb stick. BUT when i wanted to start the Bios update it rastart the pc and i get the message:Rom Image Version is Invalid Are you sure you want to update the image?
should i do it? or will it break my system.-. i wrote to the support and the replie was that i should send the laptop to msi...
Ps: i changed no parts of the notebook(couldnt open it.-.)
