Why fails installation of Adobe flash player ?
I can\'t understand why it can\'t install ?
Ok i will show you how it works !
1. Download the Adobe flash player from
exactly here
2. Extract the compressed file with.
Please write this in a colsole, without being root:
tar xzvf install_flash_player_11_linux.i386.tar.gz
3. Copy the extracted \"libflashplayer.so\" to the directory
Please write this in a colsole, without being root:
user=\"$(logname)\"
cp libflashplayer.so /home/$user/.mozilla/plugins/
now i will explain you how all this works
#logname # this shows your username
#whoami # is the same thing and shows your username to
#$user #is a variable for your username as string
#user=\"$(logname)\" #passes your username in the variable $user
#now everything is clear
4. Now you restart your Browser and you will have a brand new flash module
6. This worked fine for me.
It can be so easy when you exactly know what you doing
