I could try changing the PSU but even if that would make the problem go away, I would still wonder what causes it. The PSU only provides power. How would it keep the USB and PS2 of the board running? As I wrote, the PSU did not do this with a previous AM3 board. I could also try another AM4...

I already tried that. It has no effect on the issue. Perhaps there is a setting I could change by typing a command in the inbuild EFI-shell?

On shutdown, the MB does not switch off completely. USB and Keyboard stay on. I have to switch out the PSU manually. Is this behavior intended or is there a setting in BIOS? My previous MB did switch off everything with the same PSU present.
