I\'ve buyed an MS 975x platinume Pup edition from germany (i\'m italian IN italy).
The Motherboard is defected. I\'ve contacted the MSI global support (from msi.com.tw). After many mail, many ram exchange and many others, it says me:
Dear Marco ,
Please contact your reseller to check if your motherboard is faulty or not. If so, please get RMA. As to the RMA, the normal procedure is to contact your reseller (the place you bought the board from) for repair/exchange. If the reseller for some reason cannot be contacted, then contact MSI™ distributor or MSI™ office near your place

I\'ve contacted the reseller but i\'ve not received any answer.
In the 21/09/2007 i\'ve contacted the msi.de support (by mail, and by this step by step system:
http://www.msi-computer.de/support/sa_idx.php).
I\'ve received an answer to my mail (after 10 days) and no answer to the step by step request.
These are the two msi.de mails:
