Hello i bought a MSI X99 A Raider together with a 5820K and tryed 2 Ramkits so far.
1. GEIL GWW416GB3200C15QC 4x4GB DDR4 3200MHz CL 15-17-17-35 @ 1,35V
2. Teamgroup TLRED432G3000HC16AQC01 4x8GB DDR4 300 MHz CL 16-16-16-36 @ 1,35V
Both Ramkits support XMP 2.0 as the Motherboard does , by using it correct timing from XMP and 1,35V vdimm are set but also Systemagent offset voltage is set to + 0,5 V resulting in a total 1,35V VSA ( almost 60% more voltage then stock !!! ).
This Voltage seems to be quit high when you keep in mind Intels spec is 0,85 V .
Manual decreasing of VSa to values of 0,95-1,05 V results in POST problems or suden freezes in Windows.
only DDR 4 clock i can run stable @ 0,85V VSA are 2133 MHz anything higher results in instability or POST problems
My question : Is it save to use this high Voltage (1,3-1,35 V for Systemagent ) 24/7 or will this lead to fast degration and CPU death.
